- Email address — collected when you submit the Early Access request form.
Information Collected Automatically
- Analytics data via Microsoft Clarity — session recordings, heatmaps, and click data to help us understand how visitors interact with the site. This is only enabled with your consent.
- Standard web server logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps, collected automatically by Azure Static Web Apps hosting infrastructure.
How We Use Your Information
- To process and respond to Early Access requests.
- To send you a confirmation email and, when the product launches, product updates and announcements.
- To improve the website experience through analytics insights.
- To maintain the security and integrity of our infrastructure.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Microsoft Clarity
With your consent, this site uses Microsoft Clarity, a behavioral analytics tool. Clarity uses the following cookies:
- _clck — persists the Clarity User ID and preferences, unique to that site, on the browser. This ensures that behavior in subsequent visits to the same site will be attributed to the same user ID. (Expires: 1 year)
- _clsk — connects multiple page views by a user into a single Clarity session recording. (Expires: 1 day)

Data Storage
- Azure Table Storage (United States regions) — Early Access email submissions are stored in Azure Table Storage within the pakana-landing_group resource group on Microsoft Azure.
- Microsoft 365 Exchange — Confirmation and notification emails are processed via Microsoft 365 Exchange Online (thefirm.codes tenant).
- Data is retained for the duration of our business relationship or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion at any time (see "Your Rights" below).
Third-Party Services
- Microsoft Azure — Hosting (Azure Static Web Apps), serverless compute (Azure Functions), and storage (Azure Table Storage). Azure Terms
- Microsoft Clarity — Behavioral analytics (with consent). Clarity Terms
- Stellar Network — Decentralized blockchain network used for on-chain identity and payment operations. Transactions recorded on Stellar are public and immutable by design.
- Google Fonts — Fonts (JetBrains Mono, Inter) are loaded from Google Fonts CDN. Google may collect data per its Privacy Policy.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion — Request that we delete your personal data from our systems.
- Opt-out of analytics — Decline or withdraw consent for Microsoft Clarity via the cookie banner.

Data Security
- Encryption in transit — All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS).
- Encryption at rest — Data stored in Azure Table Storage and Microsoft 365 is encrypted at rest using Azure-managed encryption keys.
- Access controls — Access to stored data is restricted to authorized personnel and service principals only.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. For material changes, we will provide a prominent notice on the website.
